JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Part-Time Admin assistant

Job Purpose: To provide administration support activities to the WEAF team.

Note this position is based on remote working, however the person must live within the South west region of the UK.

Key Accountabilities

  • The job holder is accountable to the Chief Executive and Operations Director for all aspects of the administration service.
  • To support the administration of and updating the WEAF CRM system.
  • Administration/Membership support for Operations Director
  • To provide admin support inline with WEAF membership processes.
  • To perform clerical duties including the production of documents if required by members of the WEAF team.

You will have.

  • Excellent administrative skills, a warm and professional manner
  • Ability to use IT systems and software appropriate to the role. Ability to use range of apps including but not limited to Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills – able to communicate effectively via email , Social Media.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work to guidelines and procedures.
  • Dedication to operational excellence and the highest levels of customer service
  • Interpersonal skills – emotionally intelligent and able to build effective working relationships with colleagues, members, and others in contact with WEAF.
  • Committed to team working and a team player, balancing their own wishes with the wishes and needs of others in the team.
  • Flexibility – willing and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
  • Experience of organising events is desired.

Key Relationships

With WEAF team members, to provide an administration service and to support staff in the performance of their role.
With WEAF members, to provide the initial contact on email and to create a consistent, positive impression of WEAF.

Fully Remote working.

Salary: £12.50 per hour
