Job Title
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and administering employee payroll, perks and benefits. They can grow their practice by taking up opportunities to work on exciting Reward and Wellbeing projects.
Specific accountabilities:

Process payroll according to tax and social security regulations.Provide reports as requested by management.
Administer and review employee benefit programmes (pension plan, private medical, risk insurance, etc...).
Participate in the annual salary review, bonus and benefits process.
Ensure company compliance with legal and labor reporting requirements.

Common accountabilities:
Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in Payroll. Understands how own area contributes to People and Business strategy
Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
Works independently within plan agreed with manager
Skills
Previous working experience as a payroll specialist
Good organizational skills and an ability to work with high autonomy
Good numeracy and competence with spreadsheets
Familiarity with current PAYE and employment rules
Strong IT literacy and knowledge of HRIS systems
Familiarity with ADP iHCM is desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
