Job description: Produce welded components to acceptable quality standards, & in a timely manner
- Work in a safe manner,Produce a quality product,Achieve standard times ,Meet on time delivery requirements ,Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE procedures .
- Be able to weld to applicable WPS and produce welds that are acceptable to Q Specs and industry standards
- Maintain traceability of parts Record Quality Data
- Communication with Manufacturing Lead Participate in cell activities
- Maintain good housekeeping through 5S Initiative
You are meant for this job if:
Essential:
- Problem-solving – ability to define problems,
- Product knowledge & HSES
- Good organizational skills.
- Minimum 4 Years in weld shop environment
- Essential : Secondary education
Desirable:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- working knowledge of office tools and multiple company platforms. (SAP, MES)
- 4 year Industry recognised Apprenticeship
- City & Guilds part I & 2 (or equivalent)
